Below you can find further information about how to sign up for one of the GSS programs including the registration process, registration form and our Terms & Conditions.
Registration Process
- Step 1 - Registration. The first step needed to sign up for any course offered by Go Study Spain is to fill out the registration form we have available on our website. The information requested in this form is needed to sign up our students at the university , for their accommodation, to book travel insurance, etc. and will only be used for purposes related to the service offered by GSS.
- Step 2 - Deposit. Within 24 hours of receiving your registration you will receive a response from GSS confirming that we are processing your request. The next step after receiving our confirmation is to pay the initial deposit of 500Eur to secure a place in any of our programs (this can be paid by credit card, bank transfer or cheque).
- Step 3 - Confirmation. 2-4 weeks after having received your deposit you will receive the confirmation letter from the Spanish University you are signed up at either by email or regular mail, including tips on what to bring and remember before your departure. If you need a visa for your studies in Spain we will send you the obligatory confirmation letters for your course and accommodation to your home address as well as full information about the visa application process.
- Step 4 - Outstanding Payment. The total cost of the Spanish program is due to be paid 4 weeks before your arrival date at latest. When we have received your outstanding payment we will send you the last information including insurance info, excursion arranged, etc.
